Customers may return the items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@youthology.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you with the necessary steps and arrange for the collection of the product through our dispatch partners at Parcelninja in Johannesburg. We aim to make this process as smooth as possible for your convenience.

3. Free Return Shipping

Youthology is happy to cover the return shipping costs for all eligible returns within South Africa. We strive to make your online shopping experience seamless and hassle-free.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at hello@youthology.co.za. We will arrange for the collection of the item and ensure that a replacement is sent to you promptly.

6. No Restocking Fee
